Border Patrol Cops beat up PASTOR
So apparently what happened is these border patrol cops stopped this pastor and tried to place him under arrest without telling him what it was for. When he refused to get out of his car until they told him why he was being arrested, they broke in his window and tazered him, and then beat him.
